1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Beach Park Tickets website and purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices displayed on our website include the applicable discount and are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, although any changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

3. Ticket Types and Validity

• Aqua Park 1-Day Ticket: Valid for a single entry on the selected date. Non-transferable.
• 2-Day Passport: Valid for 2 entries within 15 days from the date of first access. Same person only.
• Insano Passport (10 Days): Valid for 10 entries within 15 days from the date of first access. Non-transferable and individual.
• Arvorar Park 1-Day Ticket: Valid for a single entry to Arvorar Park on the selected date.
• Special Tickets (Senior/Student): Require presentation of valid identification at the park entrance.

4. Children and Free Access

Children under 1 meter (100 cm) tall have free access to the parks when accompanied by a paying adult. Height verification will be conducted at the park entrance.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment partner, PayGlobal. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

6. E-Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, your e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Please ensure you provide a valid email address. E-tickets must be presented (printed or on a mobile device) at the park entrance for validation.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Tickets used partially or in full are not eligible for refunds. Promotional tickets may have different cancellation terms.

8. Park Rules

All visitors must comply with Beach Park's internal rules and regulations. The park reserves the right to deny entry or remove visitors who violate these rules. Operating hours and attraction availability may vary and are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other operational factors.

9. Liability

We act as an authorized ticket sales platform. Beach Park is responsible for the operation of the parks, attractions, and on-site services. We are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur within the park premises.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. The Beach Park name and logo are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be submitted to the courts of Fortaleza, Ceara, Brazil.
